The main characteristic of Mogiana region is its climate, with well defined seasons and high quantity of rains, enabling the coffee beans to have a slow but homogeneous maturation.
Coffee planted area in this region is mainly on the mountains, with big producers who use high technology on planting and harvesting their coffees. Therefore in this region is produced high quality coffees that can supply the most exigent national and international markets.
